During the COVID process, product safety has gained great importance, especially at the stages until the products supplied to the market are delivered to the final manufacturer.

The General Product Safety Regulation was published in the Official Gazette dated of March 11, 2021. The purpose of this Regulation is to ensure that the products placed on the market are safe and to determine the duties of authorized organizations and the obligations of manufacturers and distributors in this field.
